1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds, bonus funds, and free-bet credits held within a player's account at any given time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.2 If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have their authority to bind them to these Terms, and by using the platform you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2.3 These Terms, together with bv44's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or game rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bv44 with respect to your use of the platform.

2.4 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and bv44, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. Use of the bv44 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bv44 operates a strict no-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to prevent access by minors.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions. bv44 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bv44 makes no representation that the services offered are legal, appropriate, or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are legally prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, you are not permitted to use the bv44 platform.

3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily registered for self-exclusion through bv44's Responsible Gaming tools, or who have been excluded from the platform by bv44 for any reason, are not eligible to register a new account or use the platform during any active exclusion period.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one bv44 account. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where bv44 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonus funds will be voided, and bv44 reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times by contacting bv44 support.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv44 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bv44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify bv44 support immediately upon becoming aware, or having reasonable cause to suspect, that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.5 Account Currency. All bv44 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are expressed in BDT unless otherwise stated.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 bv44 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests, and may request identity verification at any other time at its sole discretion.

5.2 Documents Required. As part of the KYC process, bv44 may request one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days);

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

bv44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bv44 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bv44 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your bv44 account within 90 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant financial institution.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within one business hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours (09:00–22:00 BST), and within four hours at all other times.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing with bv44 support. bv44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

bv44 reserves the right to request completion of KYC verification, to review recent betting activity, or to apply a compliance hold of up to 72 hours on any withdrawal request where bv44 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 bv44 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, game contribution percentages, and expiry date are stated on each individual promotion page.

7.3 One Bonus Per Account. Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice.

7.5 bv44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any player from a promotion where bv44 has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been abused.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and wagers placed on the bv44 platform are subject to acceptance by bv44. bv44 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, and without being required to provide a reason.

8.2 Maximum Stakes and Payouts. Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market page. bv44 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

8.3 Settlement of Bets. Sporting bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for the relevant sport and market. In the event of any ambiguity in settlement, bv44's decision is final. bv44 reserves the right to correct any settlement error and to recalculate winnings or losses accordingly.

8.4 Void Bets. bv44 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed based on information not publicly available at the time of placement (including but not limited to insider information), or where an obvious error was made in the display of odds or market information.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bv44 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in bv44 reporting the matter to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one bv44 account simultaneously or consecutively;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;

• Transferring funds between player accounts;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to bv44's systems.

10 Responsible Gaming

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.

14 Account Suspension and Termination

Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

14.2 Suspension by bv44. bv44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where bv44 determines or reasonably suspects that:

14.3 Where an account is closed by bv44 due to a proven breach of these Terms, bv44 reserves the right to void all winnings and withhold all pending withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation.

15.2 Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively changes your rights or obligations — bv44 will endeavour to notify registered players by email to the address held on their account at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

15.3 Your continued use of the bv44 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming services.
